Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body with the hands. Holistic massage recognises that illness and stress affects not only our physical but also our emotional, spiritual and mental well-being. It is believed that it encourages the body’s natural healing abilities to come forth and balance the entire body as a whole.
As a fully insured, ITEC qualified professional massage therapist and a member of CThA, I am a mobile practitioner based in East Sussex, particularly in and around Eastbourne, Hailsham, and Herstmonceux. Being mobile allows me to provide my services in the comfort of your own home and for you to relax after the treatment. I use fine quality, cold pressed, organic vegetable oils which maintain beneficial vitamins and nutrients. These are mixed and tailored to suit the individual, leaving skin nourished, enriched and beautifully soft. I also offer light or deeper tissue massage dependent upon need. Using heated basalt lava stones (dependent on the individual, these can be mixed with alternating cold stones) to provide you with an indulgently relaxing, deep tissue but also gentle, massage treatment. This can be isolated to specific areas or for the full body promoting comfort for aches, pains, poor circulation, insomnia and the calming of the nervous system. It can help produce a sedative, calming and yet energising effect on the mind, body and spirit.

Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage
A detailed face and neck massage that also combines the use of acupressure points to provide an experience of a whole body treatment. It has the ability to deeply relax body and mind. The facial skin can benefit from the use of organic, natural, plant oils and an increased circulation which can improve skin tone and condition. Working with the facial acupressure points, this massage is believed to have a positive effect on the body and the balancing of energy flow.
